# BIOLOGICAL SAFETY CABINET CLASS I Series CBK

- Biological safety cabinet type: Class I according to EN 12469.

- Designed to provide full protection for the operator and their surroundings while handling microorganisms or biological products of low and/or moderate risk; product protection is not required.

- Work area and work surface constructed of AISI 304 stainless steel.

- Air is filtered through an H14 HEPA absolute filter (99.995% efficiency at MPPS, EN 1822 standard)

- High-performance motor with adjustable speed.

- The CBK Series of Cabinets is available in two versions: stainless steel or epoxy-coated steel.

- Control panel for power on and control of white and UV lighting.

- Protective barrier in the work zone with a velocity greater than 0.70 m/s; greater than 0.53 m/s if an activated carbon filter is added.

- CBK Series Cabinets include barrier loss alarms triggered by door opening.

- Fluorescent and UV lighting.

- Operating voltage: 220 V, 50/60 Hz.
