Air Showers are a necessary step for people entering or exiting cleanrooms, in order to minimize the amount of contaminating particles and achieve strict particle count purification standards.
Personnel move through the air shower while particles are blown away by high-velocity clean air, preventing these particles from entering the clean area.
The “AS” Series Air Shower models can be constructed from the following materials:
1.Fully constructed of cold-rolled steel with an epoxy coating.
2.Interior in AISI 304 stainless steel and exterior in cold-rolled steel with epoxy coating.
3.Entirely made of AISI 304 stainless steel.
We offer three models, depending on the number of people the shower can accommodate and the high-velocity air jets:
- 1P1S: 1 person, 1 side air jet
- 1P2S: 1 person, 2 side air jets.
- 2P2S: 2 people, 2 side air jets
Specifications:
1.Equipped with a photoelectric sensor for automatic air blowing.
2.Designed with air recirculation, ensuring the shower area remains clean when not in use.
3.Double doors with interlock.
4.LED display with blow-dry time adjustment (0–99 sec)
5.CLASS 100 HEPA ABSOLUTE FILTER.
