Features:

• Compact structure, easy to maintain and operate. Cold-rolled stainless steel sheets, aluminum alloy components, and an automated drive system form the operational foundation of the water shower.
• Controlled by a PLC processor. A programmable microprocessor coordinates the infrared presence detection sensor and the electrical interlock, creating an automatic water shower.
• Detection of personnel inside to prevent “empty showers”
• Anti-fainting emergency system, allowing exit from the shower at any time with the push of a button.
• The system controls the doors and the shower system. The shower process is triggered by the detection of open doors and the user’s presence inside, with a preset minimum time suitable for the user’s complete washing and decontamination; the water time and temperature are also adjustable by the user.
• Door interlock system—prevents misuse of the system. Until the shower process is complete, it is impossible to exit the shower, except in emergencies.

Structure

Constructed of AISI 204 stainless steel to prevent corrosion from continuous use with water.

Doors

Made of aluminum, they close tightly and are interlocked to prevent simultaneous opening.

Base

Consists of a non-slip ceramic shower pan; facilitates water drainage to the corresponding drain.

Interior

• Soap dish. – Designed to hold the soaps and gels needed for showering.
• Emergency release buttons—allow the doors to be unlocked in case of an accident; they are located at two different heights to facilitate access from any position.
• Presence sensor. – Its function is to detect the presence of users and thus determine whether to continue the showering process.
• IP65 spotlights. – Located at the top of the shower; they are splash- and moisture-proof.
• Handrail for support in case of slipping.
• Shower head: It produces a fine “rain” of water wide enough to facilitate cleaning.

Exterior (on both sides of the shower)

• Control panels for shower operation
• Steam vents—located toward the “contaminated” area to prevent condensation inside.
• Emergency hammer—allows the door glass to be broken and the rescue of injured personnel from inside.
