BIOLOGICAL SAFETY CABINET CLASS I Series CBK

Description
Class I biological safety cabinet, according to UNE EN 12469. It is designed to give total protection to the operator and her environment while handling microorganisms. They are offered in different sizes.

Description

  • Biological safety cabinet type: Class I according to EN 12469.
  • Designed to provide full protection for the operator and their surroundings while handling microorganisms or biological products of low and/or moderate risk; product protection is not required.
  • Work area and work surface constructed of AISI 304 stainless steel.
  • Air is filtered through an H14 HEPA absolute filter (99.995% efficiency at MPPS, EN 1822 standard)
  • High-performance motor with adjustable speed.
  • The CBK Series of Cabinets is available in two versions: stainless steel or epoxy-coated steel.
  • Control panel for power on and control of white and UV lighting.
  • Protective barrier in the work zone with a velocity greater than 0.70 m/s; greater than 0.53 m/s if an activated carbon filter is added.
  • CBK Series Cabinets include barrier loss alarms triggered by door opening.
  • Fluorescent and UV lighting.
  • Operating voltage: 220 V, 50/60 Hz.
