SAS “Material Pass” -ASPB; PB Models

Description

  • SAS Material Pass models are constructed entirely of stainless steel, with fully sealed, rounded walls, and are specially designed for the transfer of laboratory materials between the dirty and clean zones.
  • The doors are flush with the unit.
  • Our SAS units can be mounted in a column.
  • Each chamber is constructed as a single piece with large-radius rounded corners (r = 50 mm) to prevent the accumulation of contamination and facilitate cleaning.
  • Double doors made of UV-resistant, non-transparent safety glass.
  • Secure electromechanical door interlock system using a programmable lock device that prevents both doors from opening simultaneously.
  • Equipped with 254 nm germicidal lamps inside.
  • Equipped with a function timer.
  • Door status indication.

 

The “ASPB / PB” Series offers both ventilated and non-ventilated airlocks.

 

Through automatic microcomputer control, only one door can be opened at a time, keeping the other locked, thereby strictly controlling air circulation to meet the air purity requirements in each room.

The Ventilated SAS Series also incorporates forced HEPA filtration to maintain sterile air pressure inside, preventing cross-contamination between dirty and clean zones. With a recirculation rate exceeding 1,000 /h
