Description
The Bio. A.S. ventilation unit, developed by EHRET, offers reliability and ease of use thanks to its pressure-controlled system and integrated multifunction display. In addition to constant monitoring and regulation of parameters such as air velocity, pressure, and flow volume, the system controls multiple functions.

Description

REGARDING CAGES

  • Separation of the inlet and outlet air by means of an internal filter.
  • Internal filter that prevents the rack pipes from getting dirty easily. In addition, these filters can be used to analyse the health status of each Cage.
  • Separation of the incoming and outgoing air from the animal area, thus avoiding drafts.
  • Watertightness through a silicone gasket on the lid of the cage, which can be easily changed and allows the use of conventional cages and grids.
  • No mechanical shut-off devices are necessary for the inlet and outlet of the air, due to separation by the internal filter and by seals in the form of silicone seals.
  • Ergonomically designed to work with one hand.
  • Silicone membrane in the hole for the bottle.
  • Operation check with electronic monitoring cage.
  • Guarantee of operation and safety.

 

REGARDING THE RACKS

  • Stable and rigid construction in AISI 304 STAINLESS STEEL.

  • Without joints, in plastic that prevents the formation of oxidation points.

REGARDING THE VENTILATION UNIT

  • Separate fans for air intake and exhaust.
  • H2O2 Decontamination Connector
  • Microprocessor pressure control system.
  • Touch control panel, which can be placed on the ventilation unit itself or on the door of the room, before closing. In this way, access that disturbs the animals is avoided and the parameters can be managed from the outside.
  • Also with connection to the institution’s internal network to be able to manage the unit from personal computers.
  • Management program in Spanish, with 4 levels of password that give access to the different functions depending on whether you are a user, installation technician, administrator, etc.
  • Automatic readjustment, in case of modifications such as filter blockage, system losses or disconnection or connection of the Racks, empty or full.
  • POSITIVE or NEGATIVE pressure adjustment, with alarm in case of deviation.
  • Supplementary airflow measurement with display on the panel and alarm with adjustable limits for deviations above or below these.
  • HEPA filter qualification.
  • Alarm in case of excess temperature.
