Description

• EUROAIRE weighing cabinets are designed to supply sterile, classified air with total recirculation to provide complete protection for the work and the operator.
• The work area is swept by laminar flow at the outlet of the H14 HEPA filter (99.995% efficiency at MPPS, EN 1822 standard) at a velocity of 0.45 m/s. Air purity is ISO Class 5 (according to ISO 14644) or Class 100 (according to Fed. Std. 209).
• The lower part of the work area is under negative pressure to prevent any dust particles from escaping the area.
• The recirculated air is pre-filtered by two pre-filters: a G4 gravimetric filter (>90% efficiency according to EN 779:2002) and a second high-efficiency F5 opacimeter compact pre-filter (>40% efficiency according to EN 779:2002).
• The air is partially extracted to the outside through an H14 HEPA filter (99.995% efficiency at MPPS per EN 1822).
• The unit is constructed of AISI 304 stainless steel, including its work surface.
• Transparent vinyl curtain.
• White lighting with fluorescent lamps with a luminous intensity of ≥ 300 lux.
• Operating voltage: 220 V, 50 Hz.
• 2 electrical outlets for connecting equipment in the work area.
• Equipped with a differential pressure gauge to indicate filter clogging. Magnegelic.
• Cabinet controlled by a motor speed regulator with an on/off indicator.
• The unit’s dimensions can be customized.
